Gorgeous and fairly clean place to stay in, it has extremely friendly staff who work on the reception desk. The superior queen room is airy with comfy bed, new towels etc, for example.

The stay was absolutely relaxing. I really enjoyed the sea view from the king studio. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, offered good services. The attached restaurant with asian style of cooking was the best part.
The bathroom I had was a bit small.

The room was well-kept and beautifully decorated and had a delightful view of the beach. The beds were extra large, like a cloud. The hotel was really close to Pattaya has to offer, the beach and lots of restaurants and bars and Maya department store thanks to its magnificent location.

The location was particularly good, for example, a shopping mall was relatively near the hotel. It was located in a nice quiet area really close to Beach Road half way between Central Festival shopping mall, and Central Festival shopping mall.

The location couldn't be more perfect right in the centre of things. Plus, it was near to the beach near shopping malls, and Mike shopping mall opposite beach staff.

our recent stay at the hotel was simply amazing. Having previously stayed in Pattaya, we decided to choose Lk The Empress for our honeymoon trip. The location was ideal, close to the beach, shopping malls, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast lacked vegetarian pastries.
